A little about me

and why I love real estate

Amy hails from the first state and small wonder, Delaware, but knew from a young age that winter was not for her! She spent 15 years in tropical climates between Hawaii and the Florida East Coast as a wilderness therapy guide and Outward Bound program director serving youth and their families going through tough times. She has seamlessly transferred her years of service working with families into a career in real estate, helping her clients navigate the buying and selling process and getting them to the closing table. Whether it is a first time home buyer that is new to the home-buying process, an out of state client purchasing a primary or secondary residence, or a seasoned investor looking for a great new property for their portfolio, she will be there every step of the way. She believes in listening deeply to her clients needs and keeping the channels of communication open, and she prides herself on always being available for clients. If she is not working you will find her spending time on the homestead with her two Great Pyrenees pups, two Nigerian Dwarf goats, and flock of chickens on her five acres in New Smyrna Beach. She also loves paddling and boating the rivers, and enjoying the awesome restaurant, shopping, and art scene of NSB.
