Amy has called Central Florida home for 30 years and has been a proud New Smyrna Beach local since 2013. After a successful career in Food and Beverage and Hospitality Management, she earned her real estate license in 2021 and brought her service‑driven mindset into helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

Since then, Amy has earned the National Association of Realtors’ Commitment to Excellence endorsement and holds her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), CAM (Community Association Manager), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designations, deepening her expertise in residential sales, buyer representation, and community association management. She is also the creator of the innovative Homeward Bound Program, designed to guide renters step‑by‑step into confident homeownership.

Amy is an active member of the local Board of Realtors and has served on the RPAC, Legislative, Community Outreach/Scholarship Committees, and currently serves on the Professional Development Committee, reflecting her commitment to advocacy, education, and elevating the profession.
